A nice, firm tofu that has a lovely nutty flavour. The moisture content is okay & I was able to absorb before lightly frying. This is a good budget alternative for meat.

yum! this tofu is delicious and so versatile. I love grating it and using it as a mince meat replacement in so many different dishes

Good value tofu. cut up into size needed and marinate (or not) ready for putting in meals through the week. A delicious addition that’s good for you.
