My favourite tofu, great to make different recipes ie. gochujang tofu as it holds its shape well

Quite firm tofu, but also absorbs dressing/marinades really well. Airfries well also- goes nice a crispy. Excellent price too, and they always have a decently long expiry date

This is delicious tofu, with a level of firmness that is spot-on, and it is so versatile. A simple, minimal ingredient list too! Cannot fault this tofu, such good value.
