I tried the Woolworths Pork Sizzle Steak and found it to be a convenient option for quick meals. The thin slices cooked fast and were tender, making them suitable for stir-fries or schnitzels. However, some pieces shrank more than expected during cooking. It's a decent choice for busy days but may not be ideal for those preferring thicker cuts.

Sizzle steaks cook quickly, thus saving us time in the kitchen. When cooked properly they remain moist and tender.

These pork steak sizzles are great to make schnitzels out of they’re quick they’re easy and absolutely delicious

These make fantastic pork schnitzels. I bash them with a meat mallet while still in the packet then coat them in flour, eggs and panko crumbs. Delicious! We eat these at least once a fortnight.
