I bought this for the first time yesterday & I made a lovely pork Kiev. it was delicious and luscious. tender and smells Devine. it wasn’t smelly as I find that pork sometimes has a off smell.

Very thin pieces of pork so you can cook easily in short time. Perfect thickness if you want to stripped it and make stir fried pork. Meat is tender if cook perfectly.
