This is a ready-to-drink high-protein espresso milk-smoothie. It blends fresh filtered low fat milk, cane sugar, cream, and real Arabica coffee beans. The product is made using a "fresh protein" process (i.e. concentrated milk protein rather than adding protein powder). You get 30 g protein from milk that’s been concentrated, rather than having protein powder added. That often means fewer “chalky” textures and more natural dairy flavour.~120 mg of caffeine is a solid energy hit (roughly comparable to a strong double espresso plus a small extra). Good for mornings or needing alertness.

Delicious and creamy protein shake, that doesn't taste like a protein shake. Great for on the go or if you need a light meal. I love to use them to make ninja creami. Just need to freeze in tub for 24hrs, and your ready to creamify. The double choc is lightly rich in indulgent chocolatey flavour.

these are great to have on the go. paired with a piece of fruit they are a balanced snack or even breakfast. they are super delicious and have great ingredients compared to other protein milks.
