This is a ready-to-drink high-protein espresso milk-smoothie. It blends fresh filtered low fat milk, cane sugar, cream, and real Arabica coffee beans. The product is made using a "fresh protein" process (i.e. concentrated milk protein rather than adding protein powder). You get 30 g protein from milk that’s been concentrated, rather than having protein powder added. That often means fewer “chalky” textures and more natural dairy flavour.~120 mg of caffeine is a solid energy hit (roughly comparable to a strong double espresso plus a small extra). Good for mornings or needing alertness.
