5-Star Review of Green Asparagus

we just love green asparagus in our household. Filthy green vegetable is versatile and can be served cold after a quick blanch in boiling water and then refrigerated. We love it that way in salad and as an accompaniment a sandwich. Alternately, we love this with our evening meal as a side vegetable or in a risotto.
