we just love green asparagus in our household. Filthy green vegetable is versatile and can be served cold after a quick blanch in boiling water and then refrigerated. We love it that way in salad and as an accompaniment a sandwich. Alternately, we love this with our evening meal as a side vegetable or in a risotto.

$5 for three and has around 8 pieces of them. it’s crispy and fresh! boil it about and pan fried it with butter and bacon!

these are good size for two people. they only stay fresh for a day or two after then I think they become a bit tough. they make a good side at dinner.
