my daughter loved this brand of egg custard bao, the major difference from other brand brand is that you can taste the sweet eggy flavour and the bun doesn’t taste like bicarbonate

I like Tak Hing Egg Custard Bao for their softness and fluffy bun, and the deliciously sweet, creamy custard filling. These egg custard bao are a sweet indulgence, a creamy centre that works as an after-dinner treat. I am so glad to find these meet my expectations - at last! The filling was delicious and they were not under-stuffed. They were good value for money too. I highly recommend these bao and congratulate Tak Hing on a great job. Long may Tak Hing prosper!

very authentic Asian bun with egg custard inside. to have the best experience, steam them. you can also microwave them ,but i guarantee you steaming them is unbeatable. Australian made product, I love to keep at least a pack in freezer all year long
