Even though it’s frozen, the quality of the meat is preserved well. The plastic of the bag is quite thick so it protects the product nicely in the freezer

Good duck, staple to have in the freezer. Quite fatty though I had to remove quite abit of fat on the duck before cooking

This is hands down one of the best frozen meat item they have in coles. When it's on sale it's usually half price at $15. what a good deal. you get the whole piece of duck and marinate it then chuck it in the oven. perfect dinner for days. so good. it's always fresh and super meaty as well. yumm.
