this is really delicious, big and juicy, lovely roasted and stuffed with rice or veg. leftovers for soup next day or duck salads yumm. on sale was 19 bucks only.

This is a large 2.1kg duck. Perfect for making Cantonese roast duck. It takes 24 hours to defrost in the fridge because it's frozen. Then I will marinade it for another 24 hours before putting it into the oven . The results are usually as good as the ones from restaurants. Loved tje taste of duck, my favourite.
