This is a large 2.1kg duck. Perfect for making Cantonese roast duck. It takes 24 hours to defrost in the fridge because it's frozen. Then I will marinade it for another 24 hours before putting it into the oven . The results are usually as good as the ones from restaurants. Loved tje taste of duck, my favourite.

Even though it’s frozen, the quality of the meat is preserved well. The plastic of the bag is quite thick so it protects the product nicely in the freezer

This is hands down one of the best frozen meat item they have in coles. When it's on sale it's usually half price at $15. what a good deal. you get the whole piece of duck and marinate it then chuck it in the oven. perfect dinner for days. so good. it's always fresh and super meaty as well. yumm.
