This is a large 2.1kg duck. Perfect for making Cantonese roast duck. It takes 24 hours to defrost in the fridge because it's frozen. Then I will marinade it for another 24 hours before putting it into the oven . The results are usually as good as the ones from restaurants. Loved tje taste of duck, my favourite.
