The pros of this protein bar is, it’s a quick and easy snack. It does have 202 calories with 18.5 grams protein and 3.3 grams of carbs it is not as high in protein as other bars. It does have an artificial flavour. I probably wouldn’t buy this bar again.

I really liked this bar because it was high in protein and if you’re eating a protein bar that’s exactly what you want, to fill full. You also want yummy salted caramel flavour and texture and this bar has both of those things big time there's a really well priced product also.

Overall BSC has down a great job with making a high protein bar taste like a treat! It has 18.2 grams of protein and only 4.3 grams of carbs. The salted caramel flavour hits the spot brilliantly and isn’t too salty, or too sweet. The bar itself has a good texture and doesn’t have the chalkiness you can expect from bars with a higher contraction of protein. All in all a great protein bar, well worth giving it a try!

Could be worse, but it is decent. Nice caramel taste, and good texture. Full of protein and low in carbs, so good in any diet. Buy it when it is on special, otherwise it is expensive.
