Overall BSC has down a great job with making a high protein bar taste like a treat! It has 18.2 grams of protein and only 4.3 grams of carbs. The salted caramel flavour hits the spot brilliantly and isn’t too salty, or too sweet. The bar itself has a good texture and doesn’t have the chalkiness you can expect from bars with a higher contraction of protein. All in all a great protein bar, well worth giving it a try!
