Favourite brand!! I pan fry it, sometimes with hot honey. It is creamy and soft. Way better quality than any other brand I've tried. Some brands have a rubbery texture or can be too salty for my tastebuds but Riverina is my go to. It has a great texture and taste! Highly recommend!
