These sausages are great ! Gift them a few pokes and place in a baking tray with r at one potatoes …. sprinkle with salt and oil and cook . A great inexpensive family meal .

I quite likes these British Sausage Co Angus Beef and Caramelised Onion thick sausages. I cut the into bite sized pieces and made a pasta sauce with them (cheats meatballs).

Tried The British Sausage Co Angus Beef & Caramelised Onion Sausages while they were heavily discounted and was pleasantly surprised – rich, juicy, and the sweet onion adds a nice twist. They cook up nicely without drying out, making them perfect for a quick midweek meal or a weekend BBQ. Might be a bit sweet for some and not something I’d pay full price for, but great value on offer.

I wasn't a huge fan of these sausages and I buy sausages all the time. The texture was not very good at all, usually sausage meat is soft and tender, this was like each individual pieces of mince meat packed into the sausage and made it gritty once cooked. I didn't enjoy the texture at all. The sausage held its shape and cooked evenly. Due to the caramelised onion, I think it added a sweetness to the sausage which took away from the taste of the beef.

Excellent staple in our home. Used in Bento lunch boxes. We purchase them three times a month with excellent additional tasty protein. Easy to whip up in the air fryer or pan fried or sometimes barbecued. Good value for money, consistent reliable always available.

These sausages as re extremely promising, however, they just lacked the spiciness of some other varieties. The juices were bland, the meat was bland, just some more garlic, onion and maybe paprika would really spice things up The ingredients state small amounts, I would double this at least

Premium sausages. Great taste with chunky beef texture. Caramelise onion inside and tastes surprisingly with a hint of pickle for some reason. Ingredient list doesn't include pickle though. Absolutly meaty and packed with peppery flavours. Highly recommend 👌
