They are the easiest breakfast to prepare. Just steam for 8 mins and they are ready. Paired with sirracha sauce or chilli oil .

Not a fan of these. The taste was a little bland. They did steam up nicely if you are after a quick snack.

This siu mai isn’t bad just because it’s frozen — the wrapper is nice and chewy, not mushy, and it has plenty of meat filling.
