Hong Kong Dim Sim Kitchen Siu Mai is easy to prepare and makes a quick snack or light meal. The filling has a good texture and the flavour is pretty balanced. Nice to keep in the freezer for convenience.

These Hong Kong Dim Sum Kitchen Siu Mai Pork, Prawn and Mushroom Dumplings are filling, easy to prepare, and delicious! I love how these cook in under 10 minutes on the stove or microwave, they are so quick and easy to prepare. I also love that these are packed with protein and really filling, warming, and delicious. These taste great with a little chilli oil or soy sauce. I also like that you get a generous amount of Dumplings per pack, and that these are quite an affordable buy as they often can be found for under 10 dollars at the supermarket. Altogether, a great purchase. 5 stars!

I microwaved them using the instructions and they came out perfect. Cooked to perfection and it's tender and juicy. Chewy with good pork texture. Pretty sure it's too salty but who cares. Tastes of great balance and yum!!
