These red lentils cooks very fast and my lentils curry is ready in 20 minutes. I just add water, curry powder and salt into pot to boil with the lentils. Sometimes I also add chopped tomatoes, oinions and potato for extra creamy flavour and taste. They are so very healthy too. The lentils are red but after cooking they turn into a nice golden yellow colour and smells aromatic too. I eat them with Indian bread like Naan or Roti. They also go well with rice. These particular product is local Australian grown and are of premium quality.
