Photo Review of Brushed Potatoes 2kg

Brushed potatoes come with some dirt on them and need a good clean. I always peel potatoes, so I don’t really mind it. But enormous plus is that they never have the annoying spots which frequently appear on the washed potatoes ( I suspect those spots on the surface of washed potatoes are bacteria Pectobacterium cartovorum (formerly Ervinia carotovora) which probably entered potatoes skin cells injured during the process of washing. Brushed potatoes appear to be free of them. This is the main reason for which I greatly prefer the brushed potatoes.
