great value of price when buy bigger pack. it is so fresh and soft, the size is not too big, easy to hold for peeling, also skin is thin to peel and cook easily. just boil for 10 mins and make mashed potatoes

it is Australian grown and this potato is best for mashing and boiling it gives a really smooth and creamy texture after boiling it for about 15 to 20 minutes I usually add milk and butter in it after mashing it
