I’m experiencing nighttime leg cramps, muscle spasms, slow recovery after exercise, or muscle tightness. This product is relatively high-strength, and a single tablet daily is sufficient. I feel better within a few days after I started to take 1 tablet daily. However, due to the high dosage, people with sensitive stomachs may experience bloating or mild diarrhoea. If you've taken low-dose magnesium supplements before without issue, this product may be tolerable. However, if this is your first time or you have a sensitive stomach, you may want to try a lower dosage first.

Been taking these for 4 months now and I have seen benefits!
