Been taking these for 4 months now and I have seen benefits! I had a ligament tare grade 2 back in Dec and during therapy I was finding that my calve was having random muscle cramps so I looked up what could help reduce this. 4 months in and I can confirm this has helped, no more cramps and it has also helped me get back into mobility and lifting
