Difflam Plus Anaesthetic Sore Throat Sprat 225 Sprays 30ml does the job well. Help the painful throat sore a lot, instant relief. But doesn't like the watermelon favour.

Good product, nice flavour. Use it to help the back of your sore throat for a a good hard to reach area. if you do need something more potent, could be pain relief and a good doc. till then use this !

Really great if you have a burning sore throat that won’t go away. I use it and wait for it to kick in before trying to eat meals, it makes eating a lot easier. I also use it before I have a shower so when I get into bed I can lay down without my throat keeping me awake and I also finds it helps stop the coughing when you lay down.

This is the ONLY thing I use when I gave a sore throat. The worst thing about a sore throat is the pain when swallowing, and the numbing effect of this spray is the only relief. I do not like the watermelon flavour, will always get the mint!
