Really great if you have a burning sore throat that won’t go away. I use it and wait for it to kick in before trying to eat meals, it makes eating a lot easier. I also use it before I have a shower so when I get into bed I can lay down without my throat keeping me awake and I also finds it helps stop the coughing when you lay down.
