Still, for convenience, taste, and portion size, it’s a solid and reliable option to have in the freezer.

We really like ravioli and whilst we have made it from scratch ourselves, we usually go for one of the prepackaged products. It just saves so much time. This Latina Fresh Beef Ravioli takes five or six minutes in boiling water to cook so in reality it’s about 10 minutes from packet to plate. I really like the texture and the flavour of the ravioli, and once you’ve added a nice sauce on top it’s the perfect meal. Take a look at my video review for my serving suggestion.

Delicious, high quality pasta. Very high in protein and relatively low in carbs and fats so somewhat healthy. I made a delicious ravioli ‘lasagne’ with it which was delicious, high protein and I will definitley be buying this brand again. Worth it especially when it’s on sale. I wanted to get this for a quick weeknight dinner but ended up regretting it. I mean it is not dreadful but it is not just not very tasty. they are far many more brands of pasta that I would go to in future. Latina’s saving grace is is its price. Much lower than others, especially when on sale. the beef in the ravioli is a tiny amount and I am not sure what cut of beef was used but it does not taste good. Do not recommend unless you are on a very tight budget.
