I like this brand of vitamins, less fillers and the level of magnesium. Works for me to assist with sleep and mild arthritic aches. I don’t like the large pellets, would prefer capsules. readily available in supermarkets and often on special.

these work amazing for those that need a little more magnesium in their diet but can’t find the right foods to get it. after using for a few weeks my night cramps had stopped and feel so much more energetic at gym without muscle fatigue.

I found out about magenesium online and have been using it since last year to manage my anxiety which I found has helped me with stress and anxiety. Main con is the pills are large but I can break them into 2 halves. Great price and value!

Swisse Vitamins and minerals have always been the go to tablets if you want quality vitamins,I’ve had many different vitamins and minerals over the years and I’ve always come back to buying Swisse products,you do pay for what you get and Swisse products definitely makes that a deal breaker,they may cost a little bit more than other vitamins but you know what you are getting in the way of quality over quantity,i take this Ultiboost Magnesium because i sweat a lot when ever I work and the magnesium helps 100% in stopping my muscles from cramping up due to the loss of sweat I endure when I work,I also take their multi minerals and vitamins,Vitamin D,B and other Swisse products when I feel the need for a booster in vitamins or minerals and they have such a huge range of products I would doubt very much that anyone couldn’t find what they are looking for in regards to Vitamins and or minerals! I’ve been taking Swisse Vitamins for years now and always gave them stocked up in my medicine cabinet,and because of my sweating so much i take Magnesium and Vit D in conjunction with each other as a lack of Vitamin D can cause severe cramping if you have a problem with storing natural VD in your body,so I highly recommend taking Magnesium and also Vit D as it also improves your immune system over time.. Great products and I never go past Swisse when buying any sort of vitamins and minerals..

Swisse has a great range of vitamins and I have used many of them before with good effects. I take the magnesium tablets since I fractured my spine. My back is feeling great now and I think these vitamins have played a big part!
