I like Coles Pork 3 Star Regular Mince for its good value and versatile product. I found that fat content is an important part of enjoying some mince meals, such as hamburgers. Mince with too much fat doesn’t work for a lot of people, and whether less fat is better is a personal opinion - the fat adds flavour. I recently did BBQ with this pork mince and the cleanup was epic in comparison to my preferred less fat pork mince. Lots of flare-ups and spatters everywhere.
