I like Coles' Pork 3 Star Regular Mince for its good value and versatile product. I found that fat content is an important part of enjoying some mince meals, such as hamburgers. 5-star doesn’t work for a lot of people, and whether 3-star is better is a personal opinion - the fat adds flavour. I recently did BBQ with this 3-star pork mince and the cleanup was epic in comparison to my preferred 4-star Pork Mince. Lots of flare-ups and spatters everywhere.
