bought this Tofu from Coles, i used this firm Tofu to cook Mapo tofu, or sometimes I sliced with thin slices, pan fried it and mixed with green salads. Tofu offers significant health benefits , is plant based protein and good source of amino acids , B5 and minerals, Coles brand offers good nutrition food and reasonable price.
