These i give a little tenderising then do them in egg and bread crumbs. After tenderising the steak are quite a bit larger. Served with mashed potatoes 🥔 and fresh 🫛.

The meat is tender and soft. We tried to make it as Char Siu. It’s really tasty with the soy sauce and honey.

These pork sirloin steaks were priced reasonably in comparison to other similar products in the supermarket. They come from Australian grown meat, the packaging was informative and clearly labelled. I like that the meat was not raided in a stall, amd was free range. High quality, and I'm sure the taste will reflect that. 5 stars!
