I have one in my salad every day, I prefer the spring water over the oil as I can add oil in a dressing if I like but you can’t take the oil out of the tuna

great Little low calorie snack. I will never again buy the more expensive brands as this one is the exact same at a fraction of the price.

I usually buy this product as a treat for my cat who loves it as we only eat tuna in oil. However this time I purchased it to try out the viral high protein no carbs GF tuna bread recipe and it was delicious. I will more than likely purchase again
