I love that there is a light version of coconut cream but I do find it a bit watery. When used with a can of coconut milk it does thicken up the mixture a bit, however when used with a can of normal coconut cream, it can make the mixture a bit runny. I’d be a bit more careful with trying to make recipes that use full cream coconut cream as it can make desserts or sauces more watery.

Was a good affordable price but even after shaking in the can was very watery for coconut cream. Not as concentrated as other light coconut creams.

I have a dairy intolerance, but have learned to cook a number of meals using this lite coconut milk. It adds a creamy texture, that is easy to supplement with flavours and enriches many meals. My husband always enjoys meals made with this, and it is a pantry staple in our house.

The light cream is a great consistency and does not curdle when cooked. Great for curries.

I used the light coconut cream for making light curries like dhal, however if you want a creamier texture then this might not be useful: A tip either freeze it or refrigerate it moving to a different container if not used the full can.
