I love that there is a light version of coconut cream but I do find it a bit watery. When used with a can of coconut milk it does thicken up the mixture a bit, however when used with a can of normal coconut cream, it can make the mixture a bit runny. I’d be a bit more careful with trying to make recipes that use full cream coconut cream as it can make desserts or sauces more watery.
