The pork sausages are a great flavoured basic sausage for frying or barbecuing. They are tasty and well seasoned. They cook well without splitting. These pork sausages are also very versatile - I’ve used them to make ‘meatballs’ in a pasta sauce and as a sausage patty in an egg and sausage breakfast muffin. Always delicious with tomato sauce no matter huw they’re used.
