Coles Stone Baked By Laurent is proudly made in Australia using Australian flour. The process begins with mixing the dough, allowing it to rest and ferment, and baking it on specialised hot stone. I like this Coles Stone Baked By Laurent Sourdough Baguette for its freshness and delicious taste. I accidentally bought this bread at the Coles supermarket. I am glad I did as I have been using it as toast, and I feel so much better, less bloated using this bread. I also could not tell it was gluten-free. This bread has far exceeded my expectations, it tastes great and is very filling.I like this stone bake by Laurent sourdough baguette for its quality and Crustiness. The crust was crunchy and firm but not too hard, and the centre was soft and fluffy. I cut it into the sizes below and put avocado, tomato and cucumber on. The remainder I cut into sections and used as garlic bread. I was not disappointed either way. For the price, it is worth giving it a try. I will purchase it again.

Just had this last night for the first time. The kids and I were looking for a sourdough baguette. I was disappointed it was smaller than all the other baguettes, but the taste more than made up for it. It had a lovely crunchy crust, but not too hard and a lovely soft Centre but not gooey. The air holes made our spread a little difficult to apply, so I think this would be the perfect soup dipping bread. It won’t be a staple, but I’d definitely get it again.
