They were convenient and cooked up nicely with a crispy edge and tender interior when pan-fried. The portions were well-cut, though I found they release quite a bit of fat, so draining during cooking helps improve the overall texture and flavour.

like how thinly sliced they are. good for stir fries or Korean bbq. probably not the most economical cut, but being so thinly sliced, you don’t feel like you need a lot.

Coles Quick Cook Sliced Pork Belly is super easy to prep, cooks fast, and still comes out juicy with that crispy edge if you pan-fry it properly. The slices are a good thickness, nicely marbled, and take on marinades really well. Solid value for the convenience
