Durum wheat pasta large doesn't take long to cook. I make spaghetti bolognaise sauce for the family and add it to the boiled spirals and just ad parmesan cheese on top. Great for a main meal with garlic bread and salad. I also do a vegetarian sauce and ad it on top of the spirals. Pros. Extremely cheap to buy and feed a family of 4.easy to cook
