this unsalted butter i used to make muffins. easy to open packaging and cut through the butter. tasted good for my apple muffins. the butter that i needed as rasy to melt in the microwave and add to the rest of the ingredients

Favourite butter to use for baking. It’s smooth and creamy. The markings on the packing makes it easy to cut the desire amount and not needing to measure. Saves me so much time!

Good price point. Use it in my baking and its tastes great. Would prefer a 500g option.

Coles Australian Unsalted Butter is a plain and dependable block for everyday cooking or baking. Its unsalted neutrality is handy if you prefer to control your own seasoning. At Queensland‑level supermarkets, it’s competitively priced (~$4.30 for 250 g) and widely stocked. While it doesn’t top expert taste charts—behind offerings like Woolworths’ Macro or Westgold—it delivers consistent quality at an affordable price. Ideal for households that don’t need gourmet branding but still want real dairy butter.
