The process begins with Laurent's unique 30 year old Sour Dough culture and is then carefully prepared by mixing the dough, allowing it to rest and ferment, and baking it on specialised hot stone. Nice bakery-style bread with a soft interior and slightly crisp crust. It has a good texture and flavour, making it perfect for sandwiches, toast or serving with meals. Pros: soft inside, good crust, great for everyday use. Cons: best eaten fresh for the best texture.

the bread is cheap in coles and it contains multigrain. it is soft so it is easily digestible.

this bread is delicious toasted with honey on it! you’ll need a bread knife to cut it though

This bread was delicious. It was a multi grain sourdough so it was nutritious with a lower GI than white bread. Also priced very competitively.

Another great tasting stone baked sourdough loaf with multi grain seeds. it’s very crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Great for breakfast or lunch

I usually don't like sourdough but this one is not too doughy. and fresh bakes one is so nice and crunch especially with fresh butter.

This bread was soft and delicious. It did have some holes in the middle, which made the sandwich awkward with fillings. I would get again though!

Bought another loaf this week as i gave my other loaf away. The Coles stone baked and sour dough breads i feel always taste great and are value for money

I often buy this sourdough bread just in a loaf on its own or I can ask the lovely staff at Coles if they can slice it up for me. It needs to really be used on the day of purchase, but is always good as toast on the following day .

Love sourdough bread and it’s sliced already which is helpful to use straight away or put in the freezer! Totally worth it.

Sour dough bread is definitely better for you and this Vienna bread taste so good I always use it when having a bbq or roast for dinner It is so soft and light
