Great celery sticks !! I always buy Coles branded celery as it’s fresh, cheap and rich in flavour !! I always add them to a stew or a spag bol and they had a sharp but tasty snap to it !!

Like carrot's, celery is very versatile too. As a snack, salads 🥗, soups 🍲 (I forgot to mention 😅 with the carrots 🥕), main dinners 🍽, & so on. If you're not a fan of celery, simply leave it out.

how good is celery? This Celery In particular though is great because it doesn’t have the massive stalks on it? It’s easy to chuck in the trolley. It’s easy to chuck in the fridge and you don’t feel bad wasting all those leaves that come on top when you buy a big bunch, it stays fresh personally asked all mine in some water makes some ice and crisp and crunchy and that is like an icy cold snack out of the fridge .

I only buy the Prepacked Trimmed Celery for its convenience when I’m pushed for time. The advantage of buying it this way is that it is already washed and ready to use. Buying the prepacked celery is not the way to go though as it turns out to be more expensive than buying a whole celery.

This pre-packed trimmed celery from Coles is not something I usually buy, as I can’t stand to spend more for only part of the celery than the whole bunch. I usually use the celery in soups and vegetable lasagne (I hate the taste of it raw) and give the leaves to our budgies, who love them. But this time I caved to the convenience of having that bit of work done for me and the space saving in the fridge. Also, it was only 20c more than a whole bunch, so I decided it was worth it this time.
