This pre-packed trimmed celery from Coles is not something I usually buy, as I can’t stand to spend more for only part of the celery than the whole bunch. I usually use the celery in soups and vegetable lasagne (I hate the taste of it raw) and give the leaves to our budgies, who love them. But this time I caved to the convenience of having that bit of work done for me and the space saving in the fridge. Also, it was only 20c more than a whole bunch, so I decided it was worth it this time.
