Makes meal prep so much faster and easier! Pros: Having these pre-sliced is a huge lifesaver on busy weeknights. The slices are uniform, which means they cook evenly in a stir-fry or an omelet. Cons: You pay a small premium for the convenience compared to whole mushrooms, and they have a slightly shorter shelf life once the seal is broken.

These sliced mushrooms are healthy, convenient and versatile. I love that these mushrooms are Australian grown, so good quality, and that they are pre-sliced reducing cooking and preparation time needed. I also love that these mushrooms are really versatile, they taste great in pasta sauce, ragu, casseroles, and salads. And as an unprocessed vegetable, these are fresh, and packed full of nutrients and B vitamins. Versatile, convenient, healthy. 5 stars!

Reasonably priced. Each are sliced well not too thin not too thick. Convenient if you don't want to slice yourself or in a rush. Usually they come quite clean as well so don't need to worry about that.

Coles white sliced mushrooms are always fresh and ready to use — perfect for quick meals. The slices are even, saving prep time when cooking omelettes or stir-fries. They stay firm and don’t turn slimy too quickly if kept in the fridge. Would be great if the packaging kept them fresher for a little longer after opening, but overall very good quality and value.

I bought the mushroom and made it as a Chinese style soy sauce mushrooms. Firat of all, heat the pan or wok, add oil and garlic, stir until fragrant. Then add mushrooms and stir-fry on high heat for 2–3 minutes until they soften and release water. Also, add light soy sauce, sugar, and a dash of white pepper and stir until mushrooms absorb the sauce. It is the quick and easy recipe that I would like to share to all.

Good quality mushrooms that are nicely thinly sliced which saves you time. It can be a bit more costly when comparing to getting loose mushrooms and cutting them yourself but if your time poor this is a good option.

A Perfect way to save time during cooking by buying these pre-sliced mushrooms. Sometimes they are discounted and are the same price as whole mushroom cups. They were also very fresh so highly recommended.
