I bought the mushroom and made it as a Chinese style soy sauce mushrooms. Firat of all, heat the pan or wok, add oil and garlic, stir until fragrant. Then add mushrooms and stir-fry on high heat for 2–3 minutes until they soften and release water. Also, add light soy sauce, sugar, and a dash of white pepper and stir until mushrooms absorb the sauce. It is the quick and easy recipe that I would like to share to all.
