I like this unsalted one more than the salted roasted cashews. Can simply eat the cashews as snacks or add to dishes like salad or fried rice. Good source of protein and oil. Same unit price for the 2 big supermarkets.

I love that these cashews are roasted but yet do not include an oils or additives. a nice crunch to them

These dry-roasted cashews are consistently great quality. They are fresh, crunchy and the perfect afternoon snack with a piece of fruit. I use them in cooking as well, and chopped up sprinkled on cereal. I always have a bag in the cupboard.

Cashews! One of my favorite nuts, whether pasteurized, dry roasted, salted or unsalted. A good source of protein. 28 g serving which is about 18 cashews provides approximately 5 g of protein. Can be added to salads, or used in various recipes such as stir-fries, making them a versatile protein source. Besides protein, cashews also have healthy fats, fibres, and several vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, copper, and zinc. Cashew-licious!
