Wonderful rice wine vinegar great for salad dressings and sauces . Made the best sweet and sour sauce with it. Can be a bit strong so have to add a little at a time

About the only brand of rice wine vinegar that isn’t too salty, very reasonably priced and keeps for ages in the pantry, great for making your own stir fry sauces.
