love this, it’s so versatile! perfect for adding to a salad dressing or a stir fry for a sharp edge. great for pickling too. wish it came in a bigger bottle as it doesn’t last long!! 5 stars, no complaints!

use the Ovento rice wine vinegar to make sushi rice. It helps keep it stick together and tasted like you would buy from a sushi location.

I’ve only used it in my Asain cooking with other spices etc so can’t exactly say how good it is. but it definitely adds another level of flavour to sauces and marinades.
