I love this rice wine vinegar and use it for pickling cucumbers, radish and carrots. I also love incorporating it into salad dressings - it gives it an extra zing. A little goes a long way so one bottle of this usually lasts me quite a while.

This obento Japanese rice wine vinegar is a popular choice for making sushi rice. I like the less harsh acidity compared to other vinegar. And it is not expensive. I will recommend to other people.
