A great vermicelli noodle option. 5 serves which is perfect for 5 premade lunches during the week. Instructions are to prepare in room temperature water however I found best way is to boil them briefly

super easy to cook. just soak in warm water for 5 mins and then you can use them for anything. fried noodles, spring rolls or rice paper rolls. you can create endless delicious meals with them
